Dr. Y.V.N. Rao Memorial library is a well-equipped library with sufficient number of books, journals and magazines. The reading hall has a capacity of accommodating 300 readers at a time. Our library, itself a reader’s knowledge paradise. The objective of our library is to participate actively in the educational mission of the college through collection and dissemination of information to meet the curricular and general needs of the user's. To expand the information resources available, by establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with educational institutions and other organizations, to respect and preserve the knowledge of the past, for future.

The library supports the teaching-learning program of the institute with an excellent collection of text books, reference books, general books, journals and magazines, book bank books, encyclopedia, handbooks, data sheets, bound volumes, CD-ROMs, Floppies and other reading material. It has adequate infrastructure to meet its requirements, has computerized all its operations using software and provides access to the collection through digital library.

The main role of our library is to provide right documents to the right readers at the right time. Very soon we are going to make our library OPEN ACESS.
