Dr. Dhanada K. Mishra is the Director(R & D) of JITM. Dr. Mishra is a person with impeccable academic credentials. After attending the Regional College of Engineering (REC),Trichy, he pursued a Masters degree in Structural Engineering in the University of Oklahoma (USA). Subsequently, he secured a Doctorate from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, Michigan) in the field of Civil Engineering Materials. Dr. Mishra has held several positions of responsibility over the years. Most recently he was the Dean (Research and Industrial Coordination) at the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT). Dr. Mishra has worked with national and international organisations like Rocla Technology, Guildford (Australia) and Associated Cement Companies India Limited (ACC). Dr. Mishra has several publications to his credit and serves as a reviewer for Indian Concrete Journal. He has received several awards such as the Chi-Epsilon award while at the University of Oklahoma. Sri Mishra is also involved in development related issues and is the founder president of the Association for India's Development Australia Inc. (AIDA, 
Prof. K. Parvati is the Principal of JITM. Prof. Parvati is a person with impeccable academic credentials. She has Completed all her academic career from Andhra University. Subsequently, she secured a Doctorate from the Andhra University in the field of Image Segmentation. Prof. Parvati has held several positions of responsibility over the years.
Dr. Ashok Misra is the Vice - Principal Administration of JITM. Dr. Misra is a person with impeccable academic credentials. He has Completed all his academic career from Berhampur University. Subsequently, He secured a Doctorate from the Berhampur University in the field of Fluid Dynamics. Dr. Misra has held several positions of responsibility over the years.
